Pultrusion Roving
Features:
1) Pultrusion Roving is reinforced roving used in production of pultursion-molded
FRP. 
2) This roving has even tension, few fluffy and can be saturated with rein very fast.
3) Filament diameter: 11um & 13um
4) Roving density: 800tex, 1000tex, 1200tex, 1600tex, 2400tex, 4400tex, 4800tex,
8000tex, 9600tex, 10000tex.
5) Sizing agent: silane, can be compatible with epoxy and polyester resin.

Conveyance:
Qty/20' FCL: 20 pallets (64 bobbin/pallet and 48 bobbin/pallet, 10 pallets respectively),
19.2 MT in total.

Fiberglass GRC roving
Features: 
1) Alkali resistant roving, used as reinforced material in cement and concrete
2) There are two kinds of roving according to different ZrO2 content of 14.5% and
16.5%
3) And according to usage, it can be divided to two types, one is premixed and another
is water-dispersed.
4) Filament diameter: 13um
5) Roving density: 2,400tex or 4,800tex

Conveyance:
Qty/20' FCL: 20 pallets (18.24MT)
Note: The roving can be chopped into different lengths like 6mm, 12mm and 24mm. For
6mm, it is 25kgs/bag, 40bags/pallet, one 20' container can load 20pallets, 20
tons in total. For 12mm, it is 20kgs/bag, 40bags/pallet, one 20' container can
load 20pallets, 16 tons in total. And if it is 24mm long, it is 15kgs/bag, 40bags/pallet,
and one 20'  container can load 20pallets, 12 tons in total.

Fiberglass Fabric Coated with Neoprene
Features:
1) Fiberglass fabric coated with neoprene, with characteristics of anti-oxidation,
anti-ozone, anti-corrosion and heat-resistant, can be used in special environment.
2) Area weight: 500g/m², 800g/m²,1000g/m², 2300g/m², 3200g/m²,
and so on.
3) Size: 1.2m (W) x 50m/100m (L)/roll
4) Color: black or yellow

Note: We can do fastener and edge stitching also if it is necessary.

Chopped Strand Mat
Features:
1) Chopped strand mat is made of 50mm-long fiberglass yarn agglutinated with powder
or emulsion bond. It is raw material to produce FRP products.
2) Width: 1m, 1.04m, 1.25m, 1.27m, 1.86m, 2m, 2.6m, 3m, and 3.2m.
3) Area weight:100g/m², 200g/m², 225g/m², 300g/m², 375g/m², 450g/m2²,
600g/m², 800g/m² 
4) Weight/roll (depending on widths):30kg, 35kg, 40kg, 45kg, 70kg, 80kg

Conveyance:
For 1.2m, 1.25m or 1.27m wide, one 20' container or one 40' HQ can load 9,730kgs
or 20,510kgs respectively, and as to 1.04m wide, one 20' container or one 40' HQ
can load 10,080kgs or 20,520kgs respectively. 

Woven Roving 
Features:
1) Woven Roving, made of direct roving, is raw material for FRP products.
2) Width: 0.9m, 1m, 1.27m, 1.52m, 2m and 2.5m
3) Area weight: 140g/m², 200g/m², 300g/m², 400g/m², 600g/m²,
800g/m²
4) Weight/roll: 40kg, 50kg or 80kg

Conveyance:
Qty/20' FCL: 16T (without pallet)

Note: We can also produce woven roving of double warp and single weft.

Plain weave fabric
Features:
1) Plain-weaved fabric, made of fiberglass twisted yarn and some of its kind like
1678#(100g/m²) and 7628#(200g/m²), are widely used in electronic industry
and FRP products manufacturing. 
2) Width: 1m, 1.04m, 1.2m, 1.5m, 2m, etc.
3) Length: 200m ~ 1,000m
4) Area weight: 18g/m2 ~1,200g/m²
    
Note: We can also dewax, dyeing or make it fireproofing.
